Im just wondering if there is a program i can download to let me create my own recruitable NPC's and put them in BG2. Im pretty sure u have 2 be really well experienced in different types of codes to do that, but theres no harm in asking is there?

Start here. NearInfinity is a powerful game editor - but proceed with caution; it will allow you to royally mess up your game.
