I was making a few weapons recently and I wanted to change the color of the weapon but was not sure what numbers did which colors. So I'm wondering if there is a guide somewhere or if anyone knows them.

Yes, here. Click on Appendices at the the top, then select Color Gradients from the list at the left. ShadowKeeper will also let you look at the color list - click on the Appearances tab, then click on a color.
