i just rememberd after playing today that when in the sith academy and you complete final test and side with uther.After you get back to the academy he tells you to "come back after your work with malak is done". so this must implie that there is a way to return after malak is killed

Not really, there are loads of things like that in the game.

i killed both of them cause i didnt want to be ruled by either.....lol
