What am I doing wrong? I go thru all the steps to create a character, but when I click on the finish button the character is not there. I see the list of all the characters you can choose from but the one I created is not there.

There are 2 check boxes at the bottom right: Hide conflicting alignment and hide pregen. I would guess you are creating some character who's alignment doesn't match the party, and you have that box checked.
