the game just freezes at the end of the conversation with the face in the wall. very frustrating since i'm really enjoying this great game. does anyone know of a work around?

the first time it happened, the video played, but jammed midway. now it doesn't even start, the conversation and music just stalls when i choose the last dialogue option.

this is the two CD version which came pre-patched, and i'm running windows XP pro.

fixed my problem a little while ago.. just deleted the contents of my cache file. i saw someone mention it elsewhere. worked like a charm.

Sorry I couldn't help you solve your problem, but thanks for sharing. I'll keep that in mind if I ever run into the same problem.
