Finally i've found a source to get items description:
http://www.wizards.com/D20/article.asp?x=srd35
Look in the magic items section ;)
This will help a lot who doesn't spend his life memorizing every single stat of d&d 3.5 ver......

More, in the magic rings and potions section i've found somethin very interesting regarding potions id (copy & paste):

"Identifying Potions: In addition to the standard methods of identification, PCs can sample from each container they find to attempt to determine the nature of the liquid inside. An experienced character learns to identify potions by memory
—for example, the last time she tasted a liquid that reminded her of almonds, it turned out to be a potion of cure moderate wounds."

Now please explain to me why this had not been implemented insted of lettin us waste our gold to id them potions more than once or twice ...

It seems to work fine for me as well...if you haven't tried, cut and paste, but I'm sure you did already...

Yep, tried both clicking and cutting/pasting. Doesn't work now, either in IE 6, or Opera (where I get a HTTP/1.1 500 Server Error). Curious. However, it did work late last night, when I set a bookmark to it. So the problem seems intermittent.

EDIT: About 2 hours after this post, I tried the link once more. It worked, again.

not meaning to rub it in, ha ha ha ha ha

You may want to read the forum rules concerning content and attitude that's required--the site owner enforces 'em, and posts without content are things he eats for breakfast. ;) Check out the "quote" option, too. I noticed in another thread that you cut-and-pasted a comment you wanted to quote; it saves time to hit one button and let the forum do the work for you. :)
