Does a character benefit when you activate the girdle and then press on the level up button from the higher constitution stats, or are it just the normal stats that would be used to gain the extra hitpoints?

Was wandering this, because this could be interesting for characters like Aerie

i think the baldurdash patch or the tob patch fixes that...don't try it, since its a really old cheese that's been known to crash games if it works...

The extra CON increases your hitpoints but they go back to normal when the effect wears off. This is unrelated to whether or not you are leveling up.
