is there a way to play online?

i want to play d&d online for free. does anyone know where i can do this?

Yes, the offical D&D website. (cant remember the site, but you can find it using google)
It has a big chatsite with a few games going on.
Alternitivly, you could E-mail your buddies, and go on to any old chatsite or forum.

About a month ago me and a friend where talking about online D&D, since Im living 16 hours away from my old gaming buddys I searched the web high and low for anything that resembled online gameing that was FREE (cause thats the best kind) and I came up with 2 (one of wich has seem to disapered)...theres a bit of downloading to do and unfortunetly I didnt like the set up all the much and it was a little on the clumsy side BUT it is workable.......check out what I found

Hey we can start here im going in the direction of Rob-Hins idea.
But we would need a dm. if we really want to start this we should start a new thread here called "D@D" or somthing like that. i really lokkin forward to it. PM me if you are going to try.
