I've received the warlords quest to kill Sorean (spelling) in the Winged Guar to get his curaiss. However, I cannot talk to him to taunt him. Some suggest casting a frenzy humanoid spell. I've done that to get him to attack me, but I still get the "crime reported". Any suggestions to avoid getting a bounty put on me?

Did you wait him to strike the first blow? And what level Frenzy spell you have, since it might be too low and thus don´t work?

Is there someone in the city of Mournhold that can remove a bounty that's on my head???

Nope. Escape to Vvardenfell, or pay up.
