I've been doing some scetches for a game that I've been thinking about making for 2 years now, and I found that I need somekind of flowchart editor..... so I started searching on google, but all I find are pay trials.... does anyone know of a freeware that is easy to use and can do like processes decisions and I/O and such stuff in a flowchart...... I could write one myself but why reinvent the weel when I don't have to (or atleast I hope I don't have to...)

My personal favorite at the moment (don't know if there is a free version like evaluation or something) is using Visio for documentations.
I belive it have flowchart illustrations also.

There might not be a free version however.

Some various trial and limited periode versions of programs:

Smart draw looks like a really nice tool.... however it's not freeware..... I'll have to check what the price for SmartDraw 5 (who needs the most up to date version anyways.....), the price should be reasonable as it's a couple of years old...... the trial is great though :D but it only lasts for 30 days....

If you switch to Linux (free) you could use Kivio from KDE or dia (both free).

I haven’t tried them but have heard they are good.
