Having played through the original TOEE in 1st edition AD&D many years ago, i entered with my usual KOS (kill on sight) rule... as i play a CG party and all inhabitants of said evil temple must be evil

. Will this diminish the playability of the game... as i have just read of the many temple based quests...or is the path of total annihilation a valid option (grins)?

This game seems to be preset for all kinds of solutions. BUT kill-'em-all way has the least number of bugs in it

)))
But it's not enjoyable at all, IMHO, because the combat is really slow.

Seems that when you have a Palidian all you can do is just go wack people. Appearently Palidians of Greyhawk don't have the concept of "Going undercover". I turned down a quest from the Water temple leader and still fell from grace. Once someone in my party insulted an NPC, it was a minor slight, and the Palidian got tossed.
Intresting take on the the Laufull Good thing. My Palidian in Bauldur's Gate 2 slaughtered my cleric, granted she was a LE priest of Lolth at the moment, but we were converting her. This happend right before a major battle, and he didn't fall from grace.
