Plenty. I never made a list. Suffice to say, almost everything that's hexed has many drawbacks.

I always got everything identified in full, then sold whatever was hexed. Because I had plenty of points in haggle, I got a very good deal for 'em.

Beware especially of any sword you find lying around in dungeons. There's one whose name I forget that's not merely hexed, but causes permanant loss to dexterity after being equipped. There's no cure, and the bug was never fixed in the patch.

The filament sword is a fine weapon, but as you say, it has a drawback. ;)

Look for arcane staves and such. They add significantly to mana.

The maze of the damned is quite good. It only affects enemies, exept the zombies but they attack everything. I havent found the drawback yet.

The arcane staff (found it in a shop) gives 80 extra.

Some cursed items are actually quite good. The drawbacks that they have are not very important. Consider using the Bangelian Scrouge (if you don't mind being evil) and herm of Y'zar's loss or something. The Nature's Wrath helm or something is also quite good (+20% DR and it gives you no penalty on your perception).
