Which is a better off hand weapon Kachiko's Wakizashi, Belm, Flail of Ages?

I am playing a ranger wielding celest. fury in my main hand, but I need a good compliment for my off hand. Would it be a waste to use flail of ages, because it slows target, and celest. fury does a similar effect. Or should I go with belm and get the extra attack? Or is the Kachiko's Wakizashi any good? Thanks in advance.

With Belm you get:
- a sucky hit with a +2 scimitar
- a free, extra hit with that wonderful Celestial fury
Much better than just one off-hand attack with any other weapon, I guess.
