When I level up I can't select new spells. I don't know how to.
I try dragging the spells from the left side to the right side but that doesnt work. How do I do it?

You need to right click on the spells that you want to move - if you right click on the spell it will fill a spot on you "known" spell list. Conversely - right clicking on a spell that is on you memorized list will remove it so that you can memorize a different spell at next rest.
