Well, you could dump her and pick her up again immediatly. That should knock you down 2 points everytime.

Doesnt you rep increase when you dump her? if so you could either morph to slayer, or you could find some place in the city where you dont have to go anymore(like a inn or someones home) and kill a person there. remember to turn of you party ai so that your party dont go on a killing spree when everyone in the house turns red.

duh! i forgot about the topic :o

killing innocent bystanders to decrease rep was not appealing to me, so I figured out all the ways to do it.

in de arnise hod, you can be an ass to delon and lose 4...choose where you say take off running and see how far you get...

do the buried alive quest and collect the ransome yourslef, lose 2

ask for gold in various reputation quests and you will not get rep, also think you get less loot and gold, tho...
like the shade lord and trade meet...

in the ne entrance in prominade next to fountain is an elf hater scrubucket, I plan an elf, so worst come to worst I can provike him and waste him... various really annoying people in the game, good old pit fiend trick works!!!

(to get rid of people you don't like in the game without taking a penalty, gate a pit fiend near them....fun to watch!!!)

fianlly, once you finish underdark this is no longer a problem, just slayer change....in fact, be prepared to spend gold in temples raising rep so you actually have a reservoir of rep to be used in time of need...

no Vic. comes with a -2 rep. you get them back when you kick her. depending on how far you are you can use the slayer abillity or let slaves jump in the lavapit in drowcity for your ammusement but I think that you are still in act 2. you can go to the city gates kill the lich and steal or attack one of the persons there. this will not affect your furture quests and there are only 2 guards, 4 commoners and a nobles man that will get pist at you and it wont make the other cities mad at you.

Oops, Garcia, ya forgot something....

if you play mage, you must go back into that inn later as part of the mage stronghold quest.

you have to imprison a mage hating scum bag using a rune teos gives you...

In the bridge district there is the silver pantalon's quest. If you choose to free the lady you'll get XPs, otherwise look at the note, meet the contact. He'll give the pantalon and you loose 2 pts of reputation.

a+

By the way, if you own or plan on owning the Throne of Bhaal expansion, and has the Golden Pantaloons still from BG1 imported game, GET THOSE SILVER PANTALOONS! I'm not gonna go into the details, because someone has already posted a very extensive explanation of the Pantaloons quest, but keep those babies!

IMHO, you lose rep. every time you've caught stealing in shops. Just do it with char. less capable to it.

Well, true you lose rep everytime you get caught stealing, but you also end up with a fight on your hands, so you would eventually end up killing someone anyways.

One other way no one has mentioned in this thread is is in Ust'Natha keep telling the Drow at the tavern that you want to see more slaves being blown up real good. You don't really kill them, at least not directly, more like you watched them while they died. You will lose rep with every order, but it's not as unlimited as a Slayer Trans.

Steal something (lose 1 Rep), then equip fists (not Monks'!) and knock anyone out that bothers you (no killing, no Rep loss). Or just run away. Make sure you steal from a place you don't need to come back to. ;)

Ah ha! Someone said Imprisonment! Where did you get this spell? Tell me! Now! :D I've hunted this spell for many games now and never once have I seen a scroll for it. At least not in SoA anyways.
