For just morrowind, I have a couple daedric wepons (dai-katana, dagger, club and shortsword), ice blade of the monarch, umbra sword, keening and sunder. Are their anymore enchanted and/or expensive weapons in Vvardenfel or Solstheim? I got the weapons given to me by the people as well.
And after I become Factor of East Empire Company, is their nothing more to be done?

Well, at least one unique weapon you may get on final of the main quest in Solstheim - if you make a right choice. There's a hammer you're not obliged to get, and at least one sidequest may give you a sword. It's just what comes first in mind, have never paid muchl attention to special items if they aren't involved as a requirement in some quest.

Re: need spoiler
Be a bit more patient and play the game. If you must know here are some SPOILERS:
Iceblade is an Imperial Cult quest. Join the cult (in Ebonheart behind the palace) and do all the shrine sargeant and Oracle quests. Keening and Sunder aren't meant to be obtained early - they are part of the main plot. Advance the main plot, get Azura's ring, become Horator of the three houses and Neravarine of the four tribes and then talk to the head of the Temple in Vivic. He will send you to see Lord Vivic. Lord Vivic will give you Wraithguard and train you in its use. You cannot wield Keening or Sunder without dying unless you have Wraithguard equipped. These items are found on Red Mtn in the dwemer ruins. Sunder is in the possession on an Ash Vamprie and Keening is on a table guarded by Ascended Sleepers and an Ash Vampire. They are in two different locations. The Bouyant Armingers can give you clues where to look if you a patient enough to let the game develop, otherwise just search everywhere on the mountain.
