Started a new game, and my monk has just reached to level two experience level. However when I try to level him up, and get to the new feats ( bonus additional feat highlighted in yellow), I cant select or drag any of the feats across, and I cant bypass the feats part to complete the level up.

Is my monk therefore doomed to live as a level one, I know If I change my class I cant increase my monk class later. Is this a bug ?

no, you can only drag the yellow feats if the yellow additional feat box is highlighted, and only the white highlighted feats for the other, the grayed out ones will come later.

Also, look at the arrow(pointer), not the feat name. I know for my mage I kept putting spells in the wrong slot because the spell name was above the pointer.
