As a wizard, how do I scribe a spell to my spellbook from a scroll? I can't figure it out. I've tried everything I can think of in the inventory and radial menu and nothing works. Note- I'm not trying to scribe a spell I know to a scroll,I'm trying to learn a new spell FROM a scroll, which it says you can do in the manual but is a mystery to me. Please help!

I haven't confirmed it yet, but this thread answers your questions.

No, Wizards are able to copy scrolls into their spellbook, its Sorcerers that can't. And I've confirmed that you have to do it through your Radial Menu, in there somewhere is an option of "Copy Scroll', which then branches into a list of the scrolls that you are able to copy into your spellbook. Simply choose one, although be warned that you either have to save and load or wait until your Spellcraft skill is fairly high in order to copy the spell into your spellbook.

You can copy spells as wizard.
You just don't get to see the option if you have no scrolls with spells that you don't have.

Scribe scroll is under the option at 9 o'clock (the standing human pictogram)
