I am trying repeatedly to get Viconia to join my party but she just wont do it!
Here is my party if that helps any
Me Despised (3) mage (CE)
Montoron (NE)
Kagain (LE)
Branwen (TN)
Edwin (LE)
Branwen is my highest Charisma person and with accesories here total charisma is 15. I have also tried droping off Branwen from my party just incase Viconia will only join an all evil party but that doesn't work either.

Party Rep NOT Charisma
It's not the charisma of the party members that matters, or even their alignments but the overall party reputation. Most evil characters don't like it over a party rep of 13 or 14. Your main char can be lawful good with a charisma of 18 and the rest of your party can be evil as long as your party rep is kept near the center of the scale.

It must be too high cuz im still having problems gettinger her to join, or is it just a percetage thing meaning I should keep trying?

Actually, the reason why Viconia won't join your party is because your "Reaction Rating" is too low. "Reaction Ratings" have three possible results: "Friendly", "Neutral", and "Hostile". "Hostile" doesn't mean you'll be attacked; it just means that NPCs won't want to deal with you. Viconia's reaction to you, in technical terms, is "Hostile" because the combination of your main character's Reputation, alignment, and Charisma is just too low. If you had a higher Reputation or a higher Charisma, she would join you.

In other words, even scoundrels don't like other scoundrels.
Since your main character is a mage, you should be able to improve the situation, though. The 1st level spell Friends will boost your CHR and I think it will stack (ie you can cast it multiple times for an additional CHR increase). If you still can't get her to join, you could consider donating to a temple or doing some good deeds to boost your reputation -- for the sole purpose of deceiving an innocent Drow, of course. Once you have her safely in your foul clutches, you can return to your natural, despicable state.
