I have the four items. I`m stood in front of the four pipes. I know the order they go in but what I don`t know is what I`m supposed to do next. How do I get lilarcor`s sword?
Also, could someone tell me how the search facility works on this site? I put in something like four pipes or lilarcor sword and get lots of results which have no bearing on my question. What am I doing wrong?

About the pipes, you have to be close enough to them and then press on them.
If I remember correctly ure cursor should turn into some sort of circel....just press the pipe and the item you carry will be put in the pipe...
Remember though, if you do it wrong, you get hit by a lightning bolt and have to do the the order, in which the items should be placed, all over again...

And about the search: well it searches every thread which contains the keyword u put in...
Maybe you should try the search page, which can be accesed at the bottom left, where you can jump from forum to forum (it isnt called "forum jump" for naught ).
I believe you can do a bit more detailed search there...

you go close enough and you press on the first pipe.the riddle appears.then you press again and a fire like the bolt of glory appears.then you go to the next pipe.if you press the wrong pipe then a lightning strikes you and you have to start all over again,,,,, good luck!!!!!

Nope! I`m afraid this one`s got me beat. I`ve got all the items in the right places but when the circle appears, I press the button and nothing happens.
Even if I mix them up into the wrong order, nothing happens.

Solved It

This isn`t a spoiler, it`s a technique.

.
You have to put the items on the ground in front of the correct pipes.
Then you stand over them, press the pipe and when the message comes up, pick the item up off the floor and press the pipe again.
That`s all there is to it!

Actually you don't have to place the items on the ground you simply have to click on the pipes twice. The first time you click on the pipe it will tell you whatevers written on the pipe. The second time you click on the pipe you place the item in it.

Well actually I tried that and it didn`t work for me. I was pressing those buttons and trying everything I could and until I used the method outlined in my previous post, nothing worked.
You say `put it in the pipe`- How? You`re seperated by water.
The walkthrough says ` you must place the pieces in the pipes`.
In the end, I used the above method and everything worked fine.

meh... whatever, I never encountered that problem, the water didn't matter for me, you just click on the right pipe once for the message and again to make it work, maybe you need to have one character hold ALL the items? Whatever this is moot since you already did it, just wondering why it didn't work for you

I've always used my main character, holding all the items, then clicking twice as Ekental suggested: once to select the pipe, the second time to "activate" the item.
