How do I access plugins in the game? I've downloaded some and I can't access them. I am new at this so don't insult me too much.

OK! First make sure that you files are in the Morrowind file, then when starting Morrowind there is a link under Start Game with the name Game Files. Here you can select which file you want to add to the Morrowind parent file.
NOTE: Don't unselect the Morrowind parent file.
