another black screen bug?

see my other post "black screen" if you're wondering about that 
but now im in the first town, and far to the left, i cant venture into the un-explored area, its not at the end of the map, the "black cape" is acting like a wall wich i cant penetrate, and when i order my party to go there, my pc locks up for about 4 seconds and then i can move on
same black wall down in the right corner, like a big bubble in the map, covered with "black cape"
is it just the map formed that way or have i bought the most buggy toee ever?
played for 3 minutes already 2 bugs!! wee
