stack improved haste and haste on your pc, and in the lower floor of bodhi's lair, send your pc in...drizzt follows dutifully after you, the pc, and if you make a loop in front of bodhi, he is right in the middle of the room with bodhi while you are headed out the door...close the door, and try not to giggle too much as drizzt faces 10 to 1 odds with all the undead in the room...after he dies, kill the greatly weakened bodhi and friends...

To answer your question, if you can kill Drizzt and his party, then you should be able to kill Bodhi and her minions with one arm tied behind your back.
Rule of thumb: if you have installed Throne of Bhaal and your characters have High Level Abilities, then you've really waited too long to fight Bodhi and it will be a cakewalk. That's why I don't go to Watcher's Keep before I finish Shadows of Amn.
Even if your characters aren't powerful enough to kill Drizzt and his party, your should still be able to handle Bodhi and her minions without any outside help. The help is there just in case you really need it or in case you just want to feel more secure. If Drizzt and his gang do help you, they'll make a few kills, but half (or more) of them will probably get killed in battle since they can't use all of the tricks available to players (such as Negative Plane Protection, Chaotic Commands, etc). I have found that the "help" mainly just gets in the way, and if you accidently hit one of them (for example, if one of your party members becomes Dominated and attacks them), they will think they've been double-crossed and you'll have to fight them, too.
One word of caution, though. If you kill Drizzt, you won't be able to keep his items (unless you can find a way to circumvent the device the game uses to take his equipment away from you). I don't see the point in killing him in the first place, and if you can't get his items, all you can get out of it is bragging rights.

Surprisingly, Drizzt isn't the only assistance you can get.

There are two different organizations that you also can get to lend you a hand in destroying Bodhi's guild.
1) The Order of the Radiant Heart
2) The Shadow Thieves
Hope this helps.

I usually get both Drizzt and the Radiant Heart to help out (the Shadow Thieves having come to a somewhat untimely end earlier in the game). You don't really need the help and, in fact, they can possibly deprive you of a small amount of XP -- although at this stage of the game that scarcely matters. I just find it fun to pretend that I am part of a larger coalition to rid the sword coast of evil organizations.

Well...
I usually have all three groups helping. It's particularly good if you;re playing tactics & have undead Solaufein to deal with.
