what is so cool about BG2 ?

i am thinking that the graetest thing BG2 gave me was a emotional realease from my ****ty life , to fight dragons to save pretty maidens and to save the soul of one own all these things where else would i have done them but in BG2 .!!! Image

BG2 rules. Best game ever, IMO.

Ah, the endless discussion about humans wanting to be something more than they are. Like children who wants to be cops and firemen. Dont we all dream about doing something great?

Ooh... and that is the reason why I like to play games (in general) so much. I can be whoever I like :

Emperor Manveru in Civilization/ Master of Orion etc..
General Manveru in Starcraft/ Warcraft/ C&C etc..
Mighty hero Manveru in RPG games (Fallouts, BGs, etc..)

It is nothing wrong as long as one remember that games are only illusion and the real life goes on.

Pe-ell

somebody reads Terry Brooks. actually, the Druid of Shannara was the only book in his series that I thought was really good. Pe-ell was a great character.
