I am currenly doing the quest to find the Rakghoul serum, and I heard from the various NPCs that Sith patrols that guard the elevator to the Undercity has them. So I tried to attack the Sith patrol, but I can't seem to find a way to do it. There's nothing in the manual that explains this. So I want some information regarding how to attack neutral NPCs.

They don't have the serum.

Have you spoken to the sith patrol? They mention the fate of another sith patrol that you might want to investigate....

After you talk to the Sith, go South. There are some bodies there.
