Thrommel causing Crash bigtime

Hey guys i just rescued Thrommel from the dungeion and soon as i get out side and try to zone the game crashes... anybody else have this problem or a way around it besides not saving him and leaving his body to rot in there... (although i would take the sword but playing good guys here)
