Dubdilla

I know it's for a vampire quest, but there's also a passage at the back (far southeast corner) that's blocked with boulders. If you peek through the cracks, you get a glimpse of some daedric shrine with weird light. Looked pretty interesting, but I couldn't find a way in. I'm talking about the passage in the last area (there's also a blocked passage in the first area, but you can enter that through the last area). Anyone know how to get there or what's in there?

If its the one I'm thinking of then there's a pool of water there I believe and you have to dive and swim to reach the back area.

I've dived and levitated into every tunnel I could find, but there really doesn't seem to be another way into this. I think the one you're referring to is the blocked off passage in the first part of the complex.
For those that don't know where Dubdilla is, it's the dungeon south of Vos. Lots of diving and levitating, very reminiscent of Daggerfall.

Hm, I don't remember any inaccessible areas, though it's been awhile. It may become unblocked as part of the vampire quest.

Okay, I know the one you mean now. I've only been able to get into Dubdilla when I was doing the vampire cure quest. Makes sense that it wouldn't be accessible so you don't screw up the cure mission.

Well... I did kill a frost atronach and a winged twilight while I was there. If I'm not mistaken, those two are the Molag Bal kiddies that are the vamp quest objectives.

Well, now I am curious. I guess I'll be exploring there myself, in a bit. (Having fun with my Argonian Nightblade.)

Hope you weren't planning to become a vampire then as you might not be able to get cured. I tried it once (joined the group on the isle (Ashmelech I think) in the Sheogorad area but didn't enjoy it much at all. But an interesting thing happened in my last two games (first with a nord and then bosmer char). After wiping out some generic vampire den with arrows I went to loot the bodies for their vampire dust. Just touching the bodies cause my chars to contract the vampire disease. I cured my char but found it interesting that vampirism could be contracted just by touching a dead vamp (similar to how you sometimes get blight or diseased looting dead monsters).
