I'veheard rumours about this, and I've done some searches (with insanely long load times, causing a time out. Bleh), so I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this rumour, as it's been sometime since I've played through the game (3 years), and have lost track of whats been happening in regards to it.

Actually, i dont really know what you mean...
Maybe ure referring to Icewind Gate II??
It converts BG2 content to the IWD2 engine
