Is there any way to skip Jedi training?
I had this in mind the last tim i played the game but i changed my mind in the last moment. Are there any1 who have done this?
And is it any good?

Can't say I've ever found a method, though I feel like laughing in their faces every time I go through those three tests.

"What, train me intensively few several weeks/months, and then give me a test of five incredibly simple questions based on information I could bum off the guy in the next room? And then another test is simply choosing which of three classes I'll be? Wow, so very tough! What kind of driving tests do you folks administer? And can I get my PhD from you, as well?" ;)

Only thing you can do is use cheat codes. If you do not wish to cheat, you may not play as a none jedi.

what you do is to lvl your char. to lvl 18 or 19. You need to leave room for at least one jedi class just in case.

I am currently trying as a soldier none jedi. I like it so far.

Down side is you have to lvl up before Dantooie and this makes you too powerful in Taris. I personally don't have problem with that because I've play this game several times already.
