Bouncer Job in Godsreach

There is an irksome little job at the bar in Godreach that I cannot figure out. While filling in for the regular bouncer at this bar, you are supposed to remove the drunks without hurting them. There are two drunks. I was able to talk the short into behaving himself without a fight, but the large one will not allow a dialogue.

The proprietor will let you get away with it, but you can tell that you haven't truly satisfied the job requirements. Even more, I have a feeling that if you don't get it right, there are other things that you won't be able to do either.
