My problems are going from bad to worse, I uninstalled game and reinstalled it and that fixed my problem with Relmar
then when i turned computer off and rebooted next day i got an error
First one was Invalid pointer action
I went to close it off and came up with this error
Access violation at address 00452A06 in Module 'NWN.EXE'. Read of address FFFFFFFF

Any ideas at all?
thanks heaps

It sounds like you're trying to load NWN into the same memory space that something else is occupying. I would suggest that whenever playing any game, try first to unload as many memory resident programs that run in the background as possible.

could also be faulty memory - but then you'd likely notice such errors in other applications also.

More likely, it's accessing areas of memory where you've already got something installed. But feel free to return it, instead of trying anything else. ;)

Are you saying the game crashes if you've just rebooted, or that it crashes after you've run some other programs?

What version of Windows are you running?
