where's ANNAH

Where does one find ANNAH? I thought she was with Pharod but I havn't found her. Is there something that needs to be done before she appears?
Yes. You have to return the Bronze Sphere to Pharod.

You can find the Bronze Sphere near the body of a dead Collector, in the Drowned Nations. Once you return with it, Pharod will summon his "daughter."
