is there a website somewere that list were every or most npcs in the game can be found, thanks for the help.

There is probably someone out there with no life at all, who has done it

Actually I don't think so, there are more than 3000 NPCs in Morrowind alone, and the important NPCs are normally always listed in quests or the like.

So, if it is a quest where you can't find the right NPC, or it is a trainer or merchant then I think there are pages with them.

But there are NPCs who have no important role in the game other than to be used as either a target for your weapon or a target for your questions.

This might come in handy. There's a list of all the mastertraners' locations included.
