Sea Bounty Extra Room - Spoiler

I found a secret room in the Sea Bounty. There were some pirates and a wizard and they all attacked me. I killed them all and got about 35000 xp.
Now I`m wondering if I`ve spoilt a future quest.
Any info, please?

dont worry,
its just a little extra for money and xp, to add some flavour and realism (what kind of docks doesnt have a smugglers cove?)

the one with the pool of water at the very back with some treasure in?
I dunno, for some reason the last time i played i went there in chap 2/3 whilst doing the mae'var quests for edwin, i dont usually go off and do fights while im doing quests... so i guess somehting must have tipped me off to go there / told me about it.
