craft items help

my wizard dont know eagles splendor,nor fox cuning is there any way i can find scrolls of those spells so i can copy them and make cloak of charisma and the intelec thing

Sounds like you've got the Craft Wondrous Item feat. Anyways, you need the Level 0 Spell/Cantrip "Read Magic," which may gain somewhere along the line at level-up. Also, you may be able to learn any of those spells when you attain a new level and may choose a new level 2 spell.
Another option is to have a Cleric (if you have one that can cast level 2 cleric spells) with the Scribe Scroll feat (I forget if they initially have it) scribe a scroll of either spell (I know they get Eagle's Splender, not sure about Fox's Cunning) for you. Still, your wizard will need "Read Magic." That's just another way to possibly solve your situation.
