D. Name: Rubat Crystal

Location: Dantooine (Crystal Cave) - Obtained from a crystal formation
Abilities: +1 Damage, +1 Attack
Description: Used in lightsaber construction, rubat crystal is mined on
Phemis. It produces a clearly defined blade that a Jedi can easily track,
making it easier to hit opponents.

E. Name: Violet Crystal

Location: Dantooine (Crystal Cave) - Obtained from a crystal formation
Location: Tattoine (Dune Sea) - Found in rubble within Krayt Dragon lair
Location: Korriban (Tomb of Tulak Hord) - Found in urn
Abilities: Changes saber-color Violet (Purple)
Description: A facetted crystal used in the construction of a lightsaber. It
glows faintly with an inner violet light.

F. Name: Yellow Crystal

Location: Dantooine (Crystal Cave) - Obtained from a crystal formation

Location: Tatooine (Anchorhead) - Found on Dark Jedi's corpse
Location: Kashyyyk (Upper Forest) - Found on Dark Jedi's corpse

Description: Found on the desert world of Daminia, this crystal can be used
to lightsaber contstruction to produce a clearly defined beam of subtly wider
width and length.

B. Name: Krayt Dragon Pearl

Location: Tattoine (East Dune Sea) - Found on Krayt Dragon's corpse
Location: Tattoine (East Dune Sea) - Found on Komad Fortuna's corpse
Abilities: +2 Damage, +3 Attack
Description: Taken from the gullet of a krayt dragon, this crystalline
“pearl” appears to have refractory qualities that might allow it to
function as a lightsaber crystal once properly adapted.

C. Name: Opila Crystal

Location: Tattoine (Dune Sea) - Found in rubble within Krayt Dragon lair
Location: Korriban (Tomb of Tulak Hord) - Found on Jorak Uln's corpse
Abilities: 2-12 Bonus Damage on Critical Hit, +3 Damage
Description: Found on the asteroid fields of the Fyrth system, this crystal
can be used in lightsaber construction to produce an intense beam that seems
extraordinarily quick to the cut.

D. Name: Red Crystal

Location: Dantooine (Crystal Cave) - Obtained from a crystal formation
Location: Tatooine (Anchorhead) - Found on Dark Jedi's corpse
Abilities: Changes saber-color Red
Description: A facetted crystal used in the construction of a lightsaber. It

E. Name: Violet Crystal

Description: This crystal is mined in the mountains of planet M'haeli, and
when used in construction it produces a volatile blade that can cause
surprising amounts of damage.

C. Name: Yellow Crystal

Location: Dantooine (Crystal Cave) - Obtained from a crystal formation
Location: Tatooine (Anchorhead) - Found on Dark Jedi's corpse
Location: Kashyyyk (Upper Forest) - Found on Dark Jedi's corpse

Location: Korriban (Shyrack Caves) - Found on Thalia May's corpse
Abilities: 2 Bonus Damage, +5 Blaster Deflection
Description: The refined form of Opila, this crystal has been cleansed of all
impurities. When used in lighstaber construction it produces a blade of unerring
quickness.

B. Name: Luxum Crystal

Location: Manaan (Sith Base) - Found on Dark Jedi Master's corpse
Abilities: +2 Attack, +1-6 Damage vs droids
Description: Ambria was a world in the grip of the dark side. Through years of
mental battle, strange Jedi Master Thon contained the evil to Lake Natth. Long
meditation can form this powerful crystal from the tainted water.

C. Name: Sigil Crystal

Location: Manaan (Hrakert Kolto Station) - Found on Dark Jedis' corpse
Location: Korriban (Tomb of Marko Ragnos) - Found in sarcophagus
Abilities: 1-6 Energy Damage, +1 Attack
Description: Mined in the Sigil System, this crystal is a costly but valued
addition to a lightsaber. It produces a fiercely bright beam that sears on contact,
inflicting great damage.

A. Name: Bondar Crystal

Location: Korriban (Dreshdae) - Found on Sith corpse
Location: Korriban (Tomb of Tulak Hord) - Found in urn
Abilities: Stun 25% for 6 seconds (DC10 to negate stun)
Description: This crystal was mined on a far-orbit asteroid circling the Alderaan
system. It produces a volatile lightsaber beam that pulses on impact, potentially
stunning an opponent.

B. Name: Eralam Crystal

Location: Korriban (Dreshdae) - Found on Dak Vesser's corpse
Abilities: Enhancement Bonus +3
Description:

C. Name: Firkrann Crystal

Location: Korriban (Tomb of Tulak Hord) - Found in urn
Abilities: +2 Attack, +2-12 Damage vs. Droids
Description: This heavy crystal is collected by the natives of Rafa V. If used
in lightsaber constuction it produces an electrically charged beam that is
devastating to droids.

D. Name: Jenruax Crystal

Location: Manaan (Sith Base) - Found on Dark Jedi
Location: Korriban (Shyrack Caves) - Found on Thalia May's corpse

I. Name: Solari Crystal

Location: Korriban (Tomb of Naga Sadow) - Found in skeletal remains
Abilities: +3 Damage, +3 Attack, +1-8 Physical Damage vs. Dark Side
(Can only be used by Light jedi)
Description: There are many famous lightsaber crystals spoken of in the history
of the Jedi Order, though none is as powerful as the legendary Solari Crystal.
An artifact of true light side power, only those Jedi who are pure in spirit
can wield a lightsaber equipped with this gleaming white gem. When the great Jedi
Master Ood Bnar initiated his life-cycle change after a thousand years of serving
the Order, he bequeathed the Solari Crystal to his most promising student, a
young female Jedi named Shaela Nuur. When Shalea disappeared shortly after the
time of the Great Hunt, the Solari Crystal vanished with her.

A. Name: Sapith Crystal

Location: Unknown World (Rakatan Temple) - Found in rune covered pillar
Abilities: +3 Damage, +2 Attack
Description: This crystallized material was excreted once every 11 years by the
ancient Volice worm of Lwhekk, now extinct. It produces a more intense lightsaber
beam, granting better control.

B. Name: Upari Crystal

Location: Unknown World (Rakatan Temple) - Found in rune covered pillar
Abilities: +1-8 Damage, +3 Attack
Description: Strangely, this crystal is usually encountered scattered in the
orbit of primarily forest worlds. It is brittle but versatile, and a Master Jedi
can get it to produce many effects.

The two new crystals in the PC version are both bought from the Yavin space station after the final star map has been found.

The spacestation is a very small area, it has only 2 characters in it, and one of them is a Gizka.
But you buy them from Suvam.

The crystals are called The Heart of the Guardian and The
Mantle of the Force. The count as "color crystals" but have effect on the other crystals in your lightsaber.

For example Rubat goed from +1attack/+1damage to +2/+2 when equiped with the Heart of the Guardian.

Armisael you said a violet crystal can be found in dantooines' crystal caves??? well.... i was just there and i could not find one, i checked every crystal formation and kinrath egg. please help me with this issue

Violet Crystals (Spoilers):

I have never found a violet crystal on Dantooine. There is one in the Krayt dragon cave on tattooine, one in the tomb of Tulak Horde if I remember correctly, and on Kashyyk the dark jedi that you fight there drop some lightsabers with violet crystals, I think one of those being a short lightsaber which you can switch out for use in another saber.

On yavin spacestation you may buy the two special crystals after you defended the rodian from the trandoshans which is gonna be quite a good fight...

Where are all the locations for lightsabers?

Taris - Bastilla's double saber from Brejik's corpse.

Dantooine - Juhani (if killed) and Shuraak, Mandalore Captain

Tattooine - 3 dark jedis in Anchorhead yield a double, single and two short lightsabers.

Kashyyk - 3 dark jedis on the great walk before Chundaar's village yield a double, single and two short lightsabers.

Manaan - ??

Korriban - Sith Lightsaber from one of the tombs.

Unknown world - temple ruins

At least in the PC version, there is a Bondar crystal found on Dantooine in one of the crystal formations in the crystal cave (but no violet crystal, as has been pointed out).
Also, there is a Sigil crystal found on the body of Nemo in the ancient ruins with the Star Map.
In addition, there is at least one more Jenruax crystal, maybe even two, though I don't remember whether they are on Korriban, Manaan, or the Leviathan.
