While on Taris equip the sith armour on carth and go talk to the hidden bek and get the papers then get carth back and after you get zaalbar put the sith armour on mission and then dont play with her for the rest of the game or canderous either one will work. the reason you cant play with them anymore is because they will change into regular clothes once you go through a door.
the other costume is the sand people clothing, after aquiring the sand ppl clothing go to the dune sea equip it on someone and then switch them out of your party, they will stay in the clothing inside the Ebon Hawk just like the character in the Sith Armour. You can fly to tatooine before getting on the star forge but you cant equpi the sith armour anywhere besides Taris i dont think.
Once you beat Malak There will be an awards ceremony and Standing next to you will be a Sand person and a Sith Gaurd it looks really funny!!!
