HoU chapter2 temple curse?

HotU: Chapter 2 bug?
I've playing the Hordes of Underdark expansion and I'm in the second chapter. I did the temple in the winged elf camp and after I drank the potion that was supposed to remove all the curse/disease I'm still movement speed decreased. I've stripped off everything down to my birhtday suit and still decreased.
I am a level 9 sorcerer/10 red dragon disciple. I am only carrying 96lbs of my allotted 280.. I've tried scrolls of dispell and restore. I got fed up and tried to go back and not kill the priest of disease and do the whole trial and when I was done I was still MSD. I went on to beat the drow woman in the castle and used the restore pillar and still MSD. I thought maybe a healer could help me so i went back to see the seer and she healed me but still MSD. Its driving me crazy! I've tried rebooting and even reverting to a save from 2 hours before, but the same thing keeps happening. rest doesn't fix it either btw.
has anyone else experienced this problem? How did you fix it?
