I've run into this problem several times, the various plane doors are missing. Unsually I just exit the area through the door I came in and return and the door is there.

HOWEVER, I just defeated Mimic and the next door will not show up no matter what. This means I can't go any further because there is no door to go through, just the 2 pillars.

Anyone know a work around? Maybe the cheat code to get me to the next place?

Same damn problem. Destroyed the chest, got the grappling hand, killed lefty, now there is no planar door to take me out.

Been playing this game without sleep too long. Little help?

Are you sure you tried taking the Sleeping Man's Ring off (or putting it back on?) That's what opens most of the planar doors.

Yep, wandered round the entire level with ring on and ring off.

Then I really have no advice except to ask Bioware if it's a bug. In the many times I have gone through the game I have never experienced that particular glitch. That door is the only way out and should appear when you kill Gargamesh. Sorry.
