where can you find TrueFlame??

I have heard about it alot here, So I just wonder, where you can find the wonderful 1 handed longsword??? TrueFlame...

Isn't that the legendary sword of Lord Neravar? If so, you can only get it with Tribunal and fairly late in that. To late to be of much use. Its been broken into pieces and you have to recover the parts and have it reforged (ripp off from LoTRs). Do the all the quests for the evil and insane Almalexia if you want to get it.
