WHAT ARE THESE MODS I'VE HEARD OF AND WHERE DO YOU GET THEM ? ARE THEY FOR X-BOX VERSION?

Not for xbox, no, only PC. There's The Morrowind Yellow Pages just on the top of thread list, many answers may be found there.

What are these mods I've heard of??
