if you haven't finished the Leviathan, don't read it.
also, please try not to mention any spoiler further from there since that's where I stopped.

that came as a big surprise. so I'm Raven!? but, how's that possible?
how come nobody at the Sith academy recognized me or anybody else for that matter? did Raven (I) always used a mask 24/7? Raven was once a jedi, right? so he didn't use mask at that time.

what about all those questions from Bastila on how easy it seems to me to avoid the dark side and follow the right path?
and why do I have to learn and earn all my powers again? 'cause if you ask me my powers are pretty lame as they stand for a dark lord.
... come to think of it. it's no wonder I have always had a little simpathy for the dark side. their clothes are so much more fashionable and they have all those cool powers. do you have to follow with your character to the extremes of light or dark or you can be a Jedi staying around the middle of the scale?

actually if you play through again you will realize that every member of the jedi order has realized you were revan ffrom the start.

even bastila.

ask master vandar about your connection to bastila and he replies with something ending somewhat like this...."she has felt this connection ever since...." and then master vrook interupts and so he'll complete his statement with "...ever since taris."

you are constantly warned about falling to the darkside by master vrook and bastila in the beginning BECAUSE you are Revan and they know it. and seeing as how bastila struggles so much with her emotions, she is amazed with your lightside tendenies BECAUSE you used to be the dark lord of the sith, and you seem to be having such an easy time with youe emotions and here she is a member of the jedi order struggling with hers. there are very obvious hints throughout the game that they know who you are.

master vrook even says "Are you so sure Revan is dead? What if we take it on ourselves to train this one and he returns?" that is why master vrook always acted like he didn't like you. etc etc they knew who you were the entire time. they were using you and your latent memories to get at the star forge.

the mask was merely a plot device. a bad one in my opinion, as in the dantooine flashback he's already wearing the mask and robes, and yet malak comments that if they unseal the ruins they will be banished from the order never to return. and yet, here's revan all sithed out. i think a hood with a shadow would have sufficed.

the sith would not have recognized you due to the mask, yes. but the jei order DID know who you were as they were using you.

And as for your powers you are as sensitive to the force as Revan was, you simply forgot your training.
