Actually if you hold down <CTRL> <SHIFT> 8 when generating, it will max your stats. But you have to enable cheats to do it.

I tried this the other day but i didnt use cntrl+shift+8, just cntrl+8... I dont think you need the shift, at least ot on my game anyways...

You're probably right. I've never tried it, just read it in a guide somewhere.
