Edwin gound the scroll around 25 days ago, and he hasnt talked about it ever since (and thus not changed to a woman)
Is this normal? I though that he would change after around 5days ?

You may have chosen the wrong dialog option when Edwin found the scroll. If you ask him if he is going to share its knowledge with the party he gets the transformation. If you demand he share it then he doesn't transform. You should have gotten the transformation by now.
Correct dialog path (he become Edwina in a few days):
Edwin: This is it. This must be it. This has to be it! The just and unjust alike will all fear the overwhelming power of Edwin Odesseiron and his Nether scroll!
Main Char: Will you be using that scroll to help us?
Edwin: (Yes... yes this will be a great help.) Of course, I shall put it to the best use of the group. Mark my words. (Yes, mark them well.) But you'll not see the scroll... it's mine!
Incorrect dialog path (he doesn't transform):
Edwin: This is it. This must be it. This has to be it! The just and unjust alike will all fear the overwhelming power of Edwin Odesseiron and his Nether scroll!
Main Char: We all found it, we all own it. It's party treasure, Edwin.
Edwin: Touch the scroll, pull back a stump.(Head, limb, leg...your choice.) I will use this for the benefit of the group, I assure you. (Yes, I assure you of that.) But no one reads it but me.

I wonder if it's possible to keep Edwina from changing back into Edwin? Has anyone managed to do this?

Hmm..
Force attack or just insta-kill (CTRL-Y) the Red Wizard guy? That might work, and would be pretty funny.

That's the approach I was thinking of as well. But I would be concerned about losing 10 rep points for the unprovoked attack. Especially if your party rep was already down to 14 or so (to keep the evil NPCs from leaving the party).
