GGGRRRRRR I AM SO ANGRY

Alright, I knew this game was FULL of bugs, but I was having a good time. But a bug even at the ending, that was insane!

I destroyed the Orb, and having killed the four guardians, I was pretty ready to face the *****-fungi-queen.

I arrive there, talk to the old woman, and she offers me a platinum pillar. I refuse, she disappears, and if I loot the throne, Zuggy is banished for 66 years.

Then I try again: this time I accept the pillar, Zuggy appears, I totally kick her arse and... SHE IS BANISHED FOR 66 YEARS!!!!!!

Now, wasn't she supposed to DIE, here? I mean, I performed a Coup de Grace on her rotting face, just to be sure the sob was dead, and the game tells me she was banished for 66 years????? WTF????

Am I doing anything wrong? Or is this game just insane?

I didn't accept the pillar..and I didn't loot the throne...she showed up.. I killed her.. and she was dead.. the ending said she was dead too...what alignment was your party?

Kellinjar, thank you, after I posted this here I tried just what you are now advising me to do, and I'm coming back here to tell the results.

You are right, that's just the thing to do. It doesn't make much sense, IMHO, but I finally killed that annoying Zuggy.

The walkthrough at Game Banshee seems to be wrong then, because they say that accepting the pillar or not, has no difference. But it actually does. If you accept the pillar and then kill Zuggy, even having destroyed the Orb, she is banished for 66 years. The trick is to refuse the pillar and then wait. I was checking the place behind the curtains when she appeared.

My party's alignment was Lawful Good btw. Oh, and have you tried intimidating Zuggy? It's funny as hell!!!!

No I didn't, I didn't destroy the orb though.. I used it to fight her. Summoned the demons and let the balor wail on her... with glab helping out it was bad news for her
I'll try intimidating her later, I think I have someone with max ranks in intimidate
