4th Barrier Amulet
40pts for 20 sec on self (cast when used)
Why: So I don't drain my magica evry time I cast a shield.
Best made with a Golden Saint soul for max effect. Use a ring or amulet as they have the highest enchantment value or 120

Ring of Nuclear Fire
75-100pts Fire Damage on Target for 2 sec in 50 foot radius (cast when used)
Why: Yes it cost alot and only has a couple charges but damn, there is no better way to dispatch a room, yes a room, full of baddies in one shot. I went to a vampire cave somewhere in West Gash that contained 5 vampires. One shot killed them all -- oh yeah baby. I incurred not so much as a scratch.

if you use a Golden Saint and the right item, you can just get constant effect so you dont have to cast spells.

Constant Effect

Yes, true. I have many constant effect items. The problem is that you can't make powerful constant effect offensive or defensive items. If you use cast when used you can. They will also last longer because of the massive charge.
