Ok, i'm gonna make a mage and i'm wondering whats better light armor or unarmored.

Light Armor
Pros
-Better Defense
-Pretty Light
-Adds 8 Items To Be Enchanted
Cons
-Heavier Than Unarmored
-Drains Stamina Faster
-?

Unarmored
Pros
-Very, Very Light, Well Hell Weighs Nothing At All!
-Less Stamina Drain
Cons
-Not So Good Defense At Low Skill Levels
-Only Your Clothing Can Be Enchanted

Another Question:

Whats The Better Gender And Best Sign For A Mage, A Breton One.

Mixed for most part. You are going to use the Saviors Hide and Boots of Blinding Speed, aren't you? They are both light. Celophod helms (light) (though they are rare) may be enchanted for 100 points, and there is also the Helm of whateverhisnamewas Bearclaw (heavy), also Helm of Bear Scent in Bloodmoon (do not remember what class exactly). Then that pair of gauntlets (heavy) you may get together with corpus (or in some other similar place?) ;) I do not care for plaudrons and greaves, though, so those parts go unarmored.

About birthsighn: there's nothing better for magical character as the Atronach - if you know what to do with it. The problem is stunned magicka, so you're going to have to dable into alchemy and to find ways to survive until you grow able to help yourself with it (there is also an exploit or two). As soon you're the walking potion fabric the things are rather easy.

I played mixed these days - unarmored plus a bound cuirass. I play stealthy type characters, who rely on stealth and speed, and a good bow.

The best sign for a Breton mage is the Atronach - 50% magic resistance plus 50% absorb = cheese. :p
