Anybody tried to enchant Lareth's staff with magic weapon spell???

Lareth's Staff of Striking functions as a +2 magic club, and has charges to do enhance damage (like the Staff of Striking we all know and love from the Baldur's Gate series).

ANSWER!!!

I mean, when I enchanted Lareth's staff with spell -MAGIC WEAPON- damage of staff was above 200 HP.
