What item will hold enough so the boots of blinding speed can be worn ?? I have made a few but none have worked so far , is there something I need to work on , like when I could not counjour a golden saint I relized it was because I needed to use the spells more in order to get the saint , could it be I need to work on using a spell or something else ??

Why don't you search for "blinding" or something? The topic is often discussed here, last time as
"Boots of blinding speed".
A hint: you're going to need the Resistance to Magicka only for the moment you actually are putting the item on (the Boots as well as other items or even harming potions). So 3-4 seconds usually is more than enough. Also, if your resistance is only 50% or so you're going still to be able to see, all just will be darker, thats all (at least on PC).

It's the same in the XBOX. There are many solutions to this problem. Note: No item has enough enchantment value to hold 100% constant effect magic resistance so you must make it with cast when used. Once I realized this fact I decided to make a spell instead of wasting a gem and a ring etc.. It's much cheaper and you can make a new spell if the first one isn't right -- Unlike a magic item which once you create it; that's all folks.
1) Get the Saivor's Cuirass (60% Magic Resist) and 2 Exclusive Magic Resist Potions
or
2) Use 5 Exclusive Magic Resist Potions or make some of your own
or
3) Make a spell that gives 100% resistance for 2 sec (I found this to be enough)
I have used all of these tactics at various points in the game. They all work great. There are other ways as well using combinations of the above but these are proven to work.

Oh I almost forgot. If you want to travel really fast use the Boots of Blinding Speed coupled with two items...
1) Leapfrog Ring -- CE 8pt Jump -- Use Exquisite Ring or Amulet
2) Leapfrog Amulet -- -- CE 8pt Jump -- Use Exquisite Ring or Amulet
Make BOTH items. This will give you a 16pt CE jump in addition to the Boots 200 Speed and will allow you to jump over single story buildings with ease and make short work of most mountains. Be advised that a 16pt jump will cause you to take damage even if you jump straight up from a stand still so be sure to have a couple additonal items...
3) Regen Ring -- CE 4pt Restore Health
4) Exquisite Shirt of Everlasting Endurance -- CE 4pt Restore Fatigue
Congratulations, you are now Superman.

Not to denay the value of CE Restore Health (esp. because it has many other uses), altogether CE Slowfall for 2-3 points may help as well.

Yes Slowfall would be helpful too.

*NOTE* I wanted to add a trick that I have noticed with the X-box , I use the restore levels of helth/magic/fat cheat , when refilling the say "magic" part way through , unplug the controller then plug back in , press start like the screen says , then (red)the back button , it will continue to fill up and remain filling on its own , as long as you have it highlighted in the stats and keep it as the first thing when going in , you can also after changing say a "spell" go back into the stats and just put in the blk/wht/wht/blk/wht but not the "A"(as you would do to fill it ) . Sleeping you would need to re-do this again , the same works with health ect .
