Hexedit codes for feat cheats?

Does anybody know where in the hex file the feats are kept? i would love to have a two-handed character with 2h defense and cleave, along with weapon focus (sort of a Ginsu master). I would also like to know if anybody knows how to "force" a sorceror to learn specific spells (like identify, magic missile, fireball, cloudkill...).
Also, I made the mistake of picking up both Thrommel and the weaver before leaving the Temple, and now the game locks up every time I try to teleport to town. I just read the posts on how to create magic weapons (I wondered why there were so few to be found), but now I am in the elemental nodes and there seems to be no "safe" area in which to raise my +s. We are not playing well with the galeb duhr, understandably. Ooops. Am I fooked?
